When the time came to start applying and visiting colleges my junior and senior year of high school I never would have believed I would make Auburn University my home for the next four years. This immediately changed as soon as I stepped on campus, even though I was positive I would be known as the girl who's parents screamed "WAR EAGLE" at every passerby humanly possible. My sophomore year at Auburn I made the not so uncommon decision of changing my major. I began my HRMT classes that first semester and haven't looked back since. This program has provided me with courses, mentors, and much more that have all contributed to making me into the leader and workplace professional I am today. From all the programs hands-on courses as well as numerous guest speakers in each and every class I have received an education in which I couldn't have received elsewhere. In December of 2017 I will be graduating from Auburn University and I have never felt more prepared.

Oglethorpe University

Summer of 2016 I received the opportunity of studying abroad with LeadAbroad company in Rome, Italy. While there, I took courses from the professors at Oglethorpe University where I was able to expand my knowledge of business, wine, and the overall country of Italy. My studies lead me to travel to Florence, Tuscany, Capri, Pompeii, Positano, Amalfi Coast, Naples, and Croatia. While in Tuscany I immersed myself directly into the culture by going on two separate wine tours. Everyday since I have missed not only the wine, but also the people and the amazing memories made in even more amazing places. This abroad experience is one that I will forever cherish.
